The rationale for creating and maintaining a wider scope of services for the gifted individuals is filling the existing gaps in the community. This gap include, but not limited to, comprehensive psycho-assessment, individualized support plan, psycho-education giftedness and career education. These gaps mainly exist between perceived needs of the individuals with significantly advanced abilities and the acceptance of others.

To fill these gaps, it is important to promote knowledge of exceptional needs underlying the exceptional intelligence with/without learning abilities, such knowledge should be disseminated to families, schools and community as soon as possible.
